Sebase Chemicals Private Limited was established with a singular focus: to manufacture high-performance silicone materials that meet the exacting demands of industrial and OEM customers. Based at the Sidco Industrial Estate in Maraimalai Nagar, Kancheepuram, our plant is equipped for precision silicone compounding, moulding, and quality testing.
Over more than two decades, we have developed deep formulation expertise across the full spectrum of silicone materials — from high-temperature sheets and gaskets to liquid silicone rubber components, potting compounds, and custom elastomers. Every compound we produce is developed and tested in-house, giving us complete control over quality and performance.
Our customers include automotive Tier-1 suppliers, appliance manufacturers, electrical equipment OEMs, and industrial process companies. Silicone Compounding
In-house mixing and compounding of silicone base polymers with fillers, reinforcements, and additives to produce custom compounds with defined hardness, thermal, and mechanical properties.
Compression Moulding
Compression moulding of silicone sheets, gaskets, and custom profiles in a range of thicknesses and hardnesses. Tooling for standard and bespoke geometries.
LSR Injection Moulding
Liquid Silicone Rubber injection moulding for complex, tight-tolerance components. Suitable for high-volume production with consistent dimensional accuracy.
Die Cutting & Fabrication
Precision die cutting of silicone sheets into gaskets, pads, and custom shapes. Water-jet and punch-press cutting for prototype and production quantities.
Two-Part Mixing & Potting
Formulation and supply of two-part addition-cure silicone systems for potting, encapsulation, and bonding applications.
In-House Testing
On-site physical and mechanical testing including hardness, tensile strength, elongation, compression set, and dielectric strength. Full traceability from raw material to finished product.
